Delivery Process
NOTE: Total Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
After we receive your order information, order preparation may take 1 to 2 workdays. During this time, we will complete the following steps:
- Inventory verification.
- Confirmation of whether the products in your order require customization.
- Verification of your shipping address.
- Shipment from our warehouse once everything is ready.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your shipping information, including your tracking number and tracking website. Please check your email after shipment.

- Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address generally cannot be changed. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 1 workday after placing your order.
